David Meltzer is a Principal and Chairman of Meltzer Capital, Co-Founder of Sports 1 Marketing with Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Moon, and former CEO of Leigh Steinberg Sports & Entertainment. His experience spans business, sports, entertainment and media.

His career spans the commercial relationships, brand partnerships and business development that connect companies with audiences and opportunities.

He serves as Chairman of the Napoleon Hill Institute and hosts The Playbook, where he speaks with founders, executives and athletes about business and leadership. His media experience also includes executive-producing Office Hours, 2 Minute Drill and Entrepreneur’s Elevator Pitch, bringing a practical perspective on how founders communicate a business and respond to investor questions.

David is an author and business coach whose work has been recognized with the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and Variety’s Sports Humanitarian of the Year award. His background connects operating experience with relationships across business, sports and media.

Nikhil (Nik) S. Agharkar is a Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Meltzer Capital. A tax attorney and wealth advisor, he brings two decades of experience advising executives, business owners and family offices.

Nik is the Owner and Managing Member of Crowne Point Tax and Wealth Counsel, where he works with executives, small business owners and family offices. His practice considers the legal and financial implications of decisions affecting a business and its owners.

His work focuses on tax-efficient strategies within the law, supported by experience in tax preparation and implementation. Crowne Point’s advisory services include business structuring, pre-sale planning, trust strategies and coordination with outside advisors, providing context across operating businesses and family wealth.

Nik is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. His background combines strategic tax planning with the practical work of implementing it, helping clients connect their business decisions with their broader financial goals.

Lawrence (Larry) M. Miller is a Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Meltzer Capital. He brings more than 20 years of experience across family offices, institutional finance and private markets, with a focus on investment strategy and capital formation.

Prior to joining Meltzer Capital, he served as a senior executive at a prominent private family office, advising on investments, real estate, and broader financial and strategic matters. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Ernst & Young.

Larry is also the Founder of Pine Street Advisory, where he advises family offices, investors, and founders on private market opportunities and capital formation.

He holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from Villanova University.

Jeremy W. Greenfield is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Meltzer Capital and a Y Combinator founder and serial entrepreneur with two decades of building and advising companies. He is the former Co-Founder and CRO of Popl and Founder of Redline Ventures. At Popl, he led sales and go-to-market growth from $0 to $13 million in annual recurring revenue in less than 30 months.

Popl participated in Y Combinator’s Winter 2021 batch. Jeremy’s operating experience includes founder-led sales, customer positioning and building a sales team.

Jeremy is also the Founder and Owner of Redline Ventures. His work with founders spans business strategy, brand identity and website design and development, combining commercial planning with hands-on execution. He has helped develop ventures across consumer products and technology, with work ranging from naming and positioning to product vision and launch.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University, where his entrepreneurial work was featured by the Spears School of Business.
